At Sikletbazan, we aim to provide transparent and professional shipping procedures for all customers. By placing an order with Sikletbazan, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions outlined below.
1. Shipping Origin
All products are shipped from Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
2. Motorcycle Shipping Policy
Motorcycle purchases follow a verification-first process to ensure transparency prior to payment and shipment.
* Upon buyer request, the motorcycle can be sent to a UAE-licensed third-party inspection center for a professional condition assessment.
* Inspection costs, transportation to the inspection center, and any related fees are fully payable by the buyer.
* The inspection report is issued directly by the independent inspection center and includes the inspector’s official stamp and signature.
* Sikletbazan does not guarantee or warrant the findings, accuracy, or opinions contained within third-party inspection reports.
* The buyer is solely responsible for reviewing the inspection report and independently deciding whether to proceed with the purchase.
* Once the buyer completes payment and confirmation, the sale becomes final unless otherwise required under applicable UAE law.
* The buyer must arrange their own shipping company, freight forwarder, customs broker, and insurance provider.
* Sikletbazan only releases motorcycles to insured carriers selected or approved by the buyer.
* All shipping, loading, export documentation, customs duties, taxes, storage charges, port fees, destination charges, insurance costs, demurrage, delays, and handling costs are fully the responsibility of the buyer.
* Delivery timelines are estimates only and depend entirely on the selected shipping company, destination country, customs clearance, and port operations.
* Tracking details and shipment updates are provided directly by the selected shipping company.
* Risk of loss, theft, damage, delay, seizure, depreciation, or transit-related issues transfers fully to the buyer immediately once the motorcycle is handed over to the buyer’s nominated carrier or freight agent.
* Sikletbazan shall not be liable for any damage, hidden defects, mechanical failure, electrical issues, customs delays, registration issues, compliance issues, shipping delays, accidents, losses, or expenses occurring after handover to the carrier.
* All motorcycles are sold on an “as-is, where-is” basis without warranties unless expressly stated in writing.
3. Parts Shipping Policy
For motorcycle parts including electrical, mechanical, body, suspension, brake, wheel, and engine components:
* Orders are generally prepared within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
* For selected electrical parts and complete engines, Sikletbazan may upload a test video demonstrating operation on a comparable motorcycle prior to shipment.
* Buyers are responsible for verifying compatibility, specifications, model suitability, and local import regulations before purchase.
* Parts are shipped using insured courier or freight services selected by Sikletbazan unless otherwise agreed.
* UAE delivery estimates are approximately 1–3 business days.
* International shipping estimates are approximately 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.
* Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
* Tracking details are provided once shipment has been dispatched.
* Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon handover to the courier, freight company, or shipping provider.
* Sikletbazan shall not be liable for delays, customs seizures, incorrect fitment, installation errors, labour costs, indirect damages, loss of income, or consequential damages arising from use of the parts.
4. Customs, Import Duties & Compliance
* The buyer is fully responsible for all import duties, VAT, GST, customs clearance fees, inspection fees, quarantine fees, registration costs, licensing requirements, and compliance obligations in the destination country.
* The buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that imported products comply with local laws, safety standards, road regulations, and import requirements.
* Sikletbazan is not responsible for customs delays, confiscation, refusal of entry, compliance modifications, or registration rejection by local authorities.
5. Limitation of Liability
* To the maximum extent permitted under UAE law, Sikletbazan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or financial damages arising from the purchase, shipment, delivery, storage, export, import, or use of any product.
* Sikletbazan’s maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for the product.
* Buyers acknowledge that used motorcycles and used parts may contain wear, cosmetic imperfections, age-related deterioration, or hidden defects.
6. Force Majeure
Sikletbazan shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control including but not limited to natural disasters, port congestion, shipping disruptions, strikes, customs actions, government restrictions, war, pandemics, or transportation interruptions.
7. Returns & Refunds
* All return and refund requests are subject to Sikletbazan’s Return & Refund Policy available at checkout.
* Shipping costs, customs charges, inspection fees, storage charges, and third-party expenses are non-refundable unless otherwise required by UAE law.
* Returned items must comply with our return conditions and approval procedures before any refund consideration.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with Sikletbazan, the buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms and conditions of this Shipping Policy.
